One of 38 designs for a kit home featured in the brochure Popular Small Homes (1941), marketed by the JH Patterson Co. lumber yard, Illinois. Plans for these ‘ready-cut houses’ came in numerous styles, including Bungalow, English Cottage, Colonial Revival, Prairie School and Storybook, offering a cheaper alternative to traditionally built homes.

Printed with vegetable-based inks on a carbon neutral press using responsibly sourced, acid free Italian paper.  170mm x 120mm.
