Kyo-no-oto No. 01 Nurebairo – Kyoto Ink

A crow’s feather-like glossy black that has long been used as the name of a color that expresses black and glossy women’s hair.

“Kyo no oto” is a series of writing inks that reproduce traditional Japanese colours used since the Heian period with modern techniques and interpretations.  Each colour is characterized by a unique name and story.
