Sennelier Pastel Pencils – Set of 12 or 24 Colours

The Sennelier Pastel Pencil range offers professional-quality, highly pigmented soft pastel in a convenient woodless pencil form and is handmade in France.

Ideal for artists seeking both precision and expressive colour, these pencils deliver the rich, velvety pigment of traditional Sennelier soft pastels. Their semi-soft texture balances smooth laydown with excellent control, making them perfect for detailed drawing, sketching, layering, blending, and expressive mark-making. Producing less dust than traditional pastel sticks, they are excellent for both studio and travel use.

Each pencil measures about 14.5 cm long with a 7.5 mm diameter, offering a comfortable grip. The pastel pencil is stored inside a protective paper wrapper which can be peeled back, eliminating the need for sharpening and allowing full use of the pastel.

Artists can sharpen the tip with sandpaper for fine line work or break them for covering larger areas. They blend effortlessly with other colours and other Sennelier soft pastels.
